About Me

My photo
The Wiz
Okay, "The Wizard of Laws" is a self-designation, but if I don't call myself that, who will? A proud graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the University of Virginia School of Law, I have been practicing law for 31 years, though I still feel like a young lawyer. My clients are individuals, small and large corporations, and public sector institutions, such as universities and government entities. My practice consists of higher education law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment litigation. I advise clients on contract issues, employment policies and manuals, and on other commercial concerns. My practice is heavily concentrated in litigation. I have been married to the love of my life for 26 years. We have a daughter who graduated from college and a son in his second year at a prestigious but evil university.
